No, you do not need insurance to join the practice as we do not accept insurance. However, we recommend that you have a health insurance plan to cover lab analysis, vaccinations, diagnostic or pathologic testing, hospitalizations, specialist visits, and medications. Our membership fee does not cover all the medical services you may require.

The lab draw and analysis fee would be billable through your insurance or via self-pay often negotiated with the labs to provide cost savings.

We do not have onsite lab draws or imaging at this time. However we can coordinate mobile phlebotomy services or call the lab or imaging request into a local and convenient partner.

No. Your membership provides unlimited texts, calls, emails and visits to our physician. If a change in plan is necessary given the need of the patient, the physician will discuss the best option moving forward.

Yes. House calls are an added rate based on day of week, time of day and location. House calls after normal business hours are at the discretion of the physician.

Yes, we offer a one-time general medical visit for patients in need. However, we aim to develop lifelong relationships with our members and are committed to offering personalized, ongoing care. Therefore, this is a one-time visit. Future visits, questions or needs must be fulfilled through our membership based model.

Yes, a one-time registration fee of $100 is collected upon enrollment.

Our practice provides transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees. The only additional charges are for home visits, unless you have an Executive Membership.

No, there is no long term commitment. We are a relationship based practice and hope to win your lasting business through excellence in healthcare. We do ask patients for at least 3 months to be able to make a comprehensive and substantial impact. After the first 3 months, you can cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice.
