What Is Concierge Medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership model of personal medical care. Our practice is kept small on purpose, so your physician has time to know you, see you quickly and follow up personally.
Your membership covers unlimited visits, calls and texts. We do not bill insurance, so care decisions stay between you and your doctor.

Dr. Justin Burkholder is a board-certified emergency medicine physician, educated and trained in the United States, who worked courtside at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and has cared for patients through hurricanes, outbreaks and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Emergency medicine trains a physician to think fast and miss nothing. Concierge medicine gives him the time to do it properly: unhurried visits, a direct line to your doctor and a plan built around you.

Visits are scheduled with enough time to cover what matters. Your physician reviews your history, answers your questions and explains the plan in plain language.
Between visits, you reach your doctor directly by phone, text or telehealth. No phone trees, no waiting weeks for an answer.
Cash-based and transparent. No hidden fees. Fees designed to qualify for HSA/FSA funding. One-time $100 registration fee.

Concierge Medicine FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. We recommend keeping a health insurance plan to cover labs, imaging, hospital care, specialists and medications.
How much does concierge medicine cost in Tampa?
Fees depend on the membership you choose. There is a one-time $100 registration fee and no hidden fees. Our fees are designed to qualify for HSA and FSA funding. Book a consultation for current pricing.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We ask for at least 3 months to make a meaningful impact. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
